You Can Tell It's Going To Be One Of Those Days

Definitely trying to juggle a few too many things in work and life at the moment. As a result, I'm spending all my time (it seems) thinking about various hard things, which is leading to a slightly spaced-out effect in other areas.
Just now I caught myself moving dirty laundry directly from the clothes hamper into the dryer; completely omitting the time-consuming, but necessary, step of washing them. What woke me up to this was when I thought they seemed drier than normal and was trying to work out if I had left them in the machine ("when did I wash these? They don't smell sour, so they can't have been sitting in the machine for too long? Hmm... they do smell odd, though. Wait a minute... they aren't in the machine!")
I think I'll stay away from operating any heavy machinery today.
